High School Diploma or GED and 1 to 2 plus years of industrial maintenance experience

Experience within high-speed industrial environment

Basic computer skills and ability to use a computer system and associated software

This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

Refrigeration/HVAC Trade or Vocational certification

Acts an effective communication channel between management and maintenance

Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements for a manufacturing operation

Knowledge of basic computer skills

Working knowledge of dairy processing equipment and plant facilities

Must have own hand tools and knowledge of proper use

Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, instrumentation, boilers, etc

Knowledge of hand tools, and power tools.

Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment

Knowledge of math concepts, geometry and layout.

Good communication skills with co-workers and supervisors.
