Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, communications, or non-profit management or related field ideal

5+ years of industry experience in business development, program management, and technical sales in the aerospace or defense industries

Experienced with project management tools such as MS Projects, scrum boards, gantt, Smartsheet, Confluence and Jira

Lead and/or participate in proposal activities, including generation of technical, management, cost, schedule, and proposal content for new business

Develop and manage bid/no-bid strategies

Participate in trade shows and events to promote Divergent's technology and capabilities

Strong business modeling and strategy skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth

Direct experience as SDR/BDR and applicable team lead or team management experience

Strong preference for 2+ years SDR management experience

Report to Sr. Management on operational and financial KPIs

Manage the MDRs on objectives and performance achievement

Outbound specific cold-calling experience, not just handling inbound leads

Expert communication and presentation skills

One to three years of supervision and management experience

Proficient computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office, Raiser’s Edge, open-source software, and web-based applications; WordPress and InDesign skills a plus

Leadership: train, supervise, and evaluate the Special Events Manager and Community Engagement Manager; participate as a member of the Leadership Team

Five or more years of experience in various aspects of development for a nonprofit organization

Experience in development of new donors

5+ years of marketing experience at an agency, media company, streaming platform, sales organization

Experience managing at least 1+ direct report(s)

Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience

Experience working with brand advertising and marketing, ideally within a Streaming/Digital-first organization

Knowledgeable about the OTT marketplace, including Peacock’s value proposition and content slate

At least two years of experience in an administrative or development role with a demonstrated ability to take on increased responsibility

Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Knowledge of CRM software/donor databases.

Self-starter with strong planning and organizational skills.
