Experience in automotive, aerospace, medical, and/or metal fabrication industries preferred.

Develop sourcing plans in alignment with strategic deployment objectives and customers.

Monitor the financial performance of quotations versus actual costs.

Evaluate employee performance throughout the year using both informal and formal coaching and evaluation processes.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing management role.

Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.

Oversee and manage all manufacturing operations, ensuring that production schedules are met and quality standards are upheld.

Manage the sheet metal and CNC machine shop, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and AS9100, Rev D. standards.

Proven experience in managing sheet metal and CNC machine shops.

10 years of maintenance team management experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities

SAP/ERP, document management, dashboards, and MS Office proficiencies

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other relative technical field OR equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

Experience in the development of highly technical presentations

Must have at least 5 years' experience in large & industrial manufacturing setting

Oversees Transformer Assembly Line & Lamination Departments

Leadership, Management and Accountability for Purchasing team.

Manage vendor disputes and ensure issues are resolved and credits are applied.

Manage the FSS fleet of vehicles. Ensuring they are up to date on inspections, services, and safety.

Oversee development and implementation of project related purchasing plans; ensuring objectives, deliverables and schedules meet contract requirements

Develop, maintain and curate vendor and manufacturer relationships.

Ensure warehousing and supply chain are working effectively, ensuring inventory is moving through the systems without issue.

Ability to work with multi-disciplines within Adient (Program Management, Engineering, Quality, Materials, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance)

Previous experience in program purchasing or program management

Able to summarize complex issues and communicate to all levels of management

Minimum of 6 years purchasing experience with 5 years in automotive industry preferred
