Role: Manufacturing Manager

Location: Lynchburg - Virginia

Salary: $100k - $115k (negotiable depending on experience)

I’ve teamed up with the world's leading construction company. They are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee the safety, environmental, quality, productivity, delivery dates, employee relations/development, and culture within the company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sustainability and continuous improvement in all areas. They will be expected to develop an organized and cohesive team through training, mentoring, skills development, personal accountability, and effective recruitment of new talent.

• Ensure CNC machines are being utilized and operating at highest standard
• Bilingual English & Spanish (preferred)
• Verify programs against drawings
• Manage logistics of inbound & outbound detail transfers
• Coach/mentor/develop/train team
• Mark off nests in EPM
• Ensure quality of parts being cut & shipped

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years programming and troubleshooting CNC machines
• EPM & Sigma Nest or similar
• 5+ years supervising experience in warehouse/parts environment
• 4 year degree (preferred)
