Manufacturing Purchasing Manager Jobs in Colorado

Develop and operate within budget requirements.

Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma

Demonstrated leadership ability; well-developed oral and communication skills.

Reviews and compiles operations records, such as yield, scrap, and maintenance costs.

Contributes to the development and implementation of new processes, tools and/or equipment.

Experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS)

Manages electrical technicians fabricating complex wire harnesses and panels

Translates requirements, performance metrics, and feedback into robust, repeatable processes

3+ years of experience leading or managing projects and/or teams

3+ years of experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment

1+ years of experience with Lean+ and/or Lean 5S

Compensation for this role is $80,000.00-$100,000.00 and is based on experience.

Develop sourcing strategies and negotiate contracts for core (high volume) categories.

· Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management

· BS degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration

· The Purchasing Manager is responsible for the overall sourcing & procurement of materials

· Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience

· Solid judgement and decision-making skills

· Experience in ERP system, Epicor preferred but not required.
