Storeroom Security, Rotation, and Par level Maintenance

Develops and executes supply chain risk management strategy and execution.

Supplier on-time delivery, PPV, achieving inventory level goals, Supply Chain Risk Management plan.

BS in Management – Manufacturing – Global business or other related degree; MBA preferable

Negotiates pricing and issues “spot buy: PO’s and material releases per materials requirements planning.

Utilizes enterprise tools and conduct analyses to ensure planned material requirements balance inventory, lead-time, price and quality factors.

Develops workforce planning and utilization programs to satisfy actual and projected requirements.

Associate degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or Supply Chain Management.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or Supply Chain Management.

Knowledge of supply chain/materials management and procurement principles

A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills. Team oriented.

Industrial maintenance knowledge/experience is a plus.

Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) or ability/willingness to get same preferred.
