10 years of maintenance team management experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities

SAP/ERP, document management, dashboards, and MS Office proficiencies

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other relative technical field OR equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

Experience in the development of highly technical presentations

Knowledge of automated control systems, lean manufacturing methodologies, environmental protection

Able to balance strong negotiation skills and shareholder needs to develop relationships with our key suppliers.

· Strong analytical and Excel skills; overall Microsoft Office software proficiency.

· Experience with systems and proficient at extracting data; MaintainX experience a plus.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

· Must be well organized with demonstrated problem solving skills and ability.

· Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance or another related field is required.

Manage the Manufacturing manufacturing team to deliver daily excellence and develop future technical leaders in Manufacturing and Engineering

Drive digital transformation, including automation, to improve site efficiency and enhance manufacturing capabilities

Experience leading in a team based environment

Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is strongly preferred.
