Ability to perform basic mathematical skills.

Complete and maintain certification in Personal Outcome Measures (POM) through the Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.

Knowledge of 245D programs is strongly preferred.

Creative activities such as arts, crafts, music, drama and educational programs

2 years minimum of experience in a social or recreational program

10+ years combination of pharma/life sciences consulting, pharma/life sciences partnerships, pharma/life sciences clinical studies, pharma/life sciences analytics or ops experience.

Manage and execute plans with business acumen.

Model as a leader who can leverage industry knowledge and connections to increase revenue and market share.

Bachelors in life science, business or related field is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to establish and cultivate relationships with senior executives and C-suite.

Strong project management skills with a proven commitment to quality and meeting deadlines while handling multiple priorities.

Evaluate product financial performance, communicating to management and functional areas.

Develop data, metrics and processes for effective financial management of the products.

Enable management to react proactively to keep products competitively positioned.

The role may involve direct management of one or more actuarial students, including recruitment and evaluation of performance.

Perform regular experience studies to update manual rates and other pricing formulas to support profitable growth of the business.

Must have excellent computer skills and be comfortable with technology.

Degree in TRS, COTA, Music Therapy, closely related field, or equivalent experience preferred, but not required. We will train you!
