WorldatWork is looking for a Manager of Learning Delivery to oversee the smooth delivery of all educational learning programs and courses. You will lead a team of specialists accountable for scheduling, faculty and learner support, and educational technology programs and work closely with the learning team to implement engaging and impactful learning experiences.

Your expertise in the delivery of education programs and your ability to collaborate on an end-to-end team will be instrumental in supporting WorldatWork’s mission to advance the profession of Total Rewards.

You have:

• High proficiency in managing and utilizing learning technologies including learning management systems, exam delivery, and digital badging.
• Analytic mindset with proven ability to use data and metrics to measure impact.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as Education, Education Technology, Instructional Design, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Superior project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and functions.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment, with a learner-centered approach.
• Proven experience with managing the delivery of educational courses.
• Experience (3 or more years) managing a team with responsibility for business results.

At WorldatWork, we offer a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package. The hiring range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus with a target of 10% of base salary. This position may be worked remotely.
