Responsibilities

• Tracking and controlling client and team metrics
• Enhancing profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization across projects.
• Managing USA based learning consultants
• Leading and managing Global Learning teams
• Tracking and monitoring the work of the consultants
• Ensuring compliance to standards (ISO, CMMi & Practice)
• Ensuring client delight and building working relationships with the clients

Key Task Assignments/Client Engagement

• Plan and act on customer feedback activities.
• Establish specific customer satisfaction standards and actively monitor client satisfaction.
• Client engagement on regular basis on the status of the multiple projects.
• Ensure effective client communication.

Qualifications

• Experience working with offshore teams in India
• Be proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Projects.
• Have strong interpersonal and consultative and management skills required in managing critical internal and external relationships and activities
• Candidate must least 7 years of experience in learning project management, handling multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Must understand adult corporate learning and Instructional Design principles.
• Have excellent business analysis skills, negotiation skills, communication skills, and people management skills.
