Implementation Experience Learning Specialist

This position is remote and the candidate can sit anywhere in the United States.

We are seeking an implementation learning specialist to help plan and execute the delivery of learning and development programs for customer implementations. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is a powerhouse of organization, passionate about learning, and eager to help customers succeed. Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Communicating directly with participants at all levels and contributing to a positive learner experience by anticipating and responding to participant and facilitator needs
  • Establishing relationships with a network of peers across the company to align on customer communication, learning and documentation strategies, practices, and schedules
  • Coordinating and executing logistics for virtual and in person learning programs in Teamwork or Microsoft Teams to ensure a successful experience for facilitators, learners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop learning content with appropriate voice and level of depth for audience, topic and channel.
  • Collaborating with Communications Manager to drive effective communications around our learning programs
  • Gathering feedback on the quality of trainings from trainees, instructors, managers, and/or other stakeholders
  • Helping with content development for our training web sites and in-app guidance
  • Creating and analyzing reports to measure and improve the effectiveness of learning content, channels, and practices
  • Managing the publication and distribution of learning materials
  • Managing the delivery, tracking and measurement/reporting of employee learning programs to ensure they meet stated objectives

Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications below to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Business, or other related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning and Development or project management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with sales tools and practices
  • Proficient with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and familiarity with learning and content management systems
  • Demonstrated success and experience in developing and delivering training content that follows instructional design principles
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Organizational change management experience
  • Ability to complete data analysis, identify trends and recommend solutions
