Experience with a variety of Learning Management and/or Learning Content Management systems and platforms
Supports the Learning Management System, ensuring training activities are documented and filed according to the records retention process
Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to create effective learning experiences in support of L&D Curriculum Development
Gather feedback from learners, managers, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments to courseware as required
Coordinate with stakeholders, SMEs, and other team members to gather requirements and ensure timely completion of deliverables
