Overview A Learning Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives within an organization. They are responsible for creating and executing learning strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives. They also oversee the design, development, and delivery of learning programs, as well as the evaluation of their effectiveness. Detailed Job Description A Learning Director is responsible for developing and implementing learning and development initiatives that align with the organization’s goals and objectives. They are responsible for creating and executing learning strategies and overseeing the design, development, and delivery of learning programs. They must also evaluate the effectiveness of the learning programs and make adjustments as needed. The Learning Director is responsible for managing the budget for learning and development initiatives, as well as ensuring that the initiatives are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. They must also collaborate with other departments to ensure that the learning initiatives are integrated into the organization’s overall strategy. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
• Master’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development
• Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles
• Experience in budgeting and financial management
