Detailed Job Description A Learning Director is responsible for developing and implementing learning and development initiatives that align with the organization’s goals and objectives. They are responsible for creating and executing learning strategies and overseeing the design, development, and delivery of learning programs. They must also evaluate the effectiveness of the learning programs and make adjustments as needed. The Learning Director is responsible for managing the budget for learning and development initiatives, as well as ensuring that the initiatives are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. They must also collaborate with other departments to ensure that the learning initiatives are integrated into the organization’s overall strategy. Job Skills Required
