Director Sales Learning Production


**Please note this is a hybrid role, 3 days per week in the office, 2 days at home, operating from any of these office locations: Roseland NJ, Florham Park NJ, or Allentown PA.**


ADP is hiring a Director Sales Learning Production as part of the Sales Learning team within Worldwide Commercial Operations. The Director Sales Learning Production is responsible for increasing sales associate productivity across ADP Sales through the experience, adoption, and data-driven results of our video learning platform. The individual will be measured on overall ADP sales results, ASP, and video platform adoption. This person will be passionate about empowering ADP Sales with a wide range of content to drive success, efficiency, effectiveness & improve the seller – buyer experience.


Duties Included:

  • Product ownership of our sales learning video platform including activating results-driven programs & customer success, product roadmap, integrations, and utilization metrics.
  • Support and develop training for roll outs of the sales learning video platform
  • Coach sales leadership on how to leverage the sales learning video platform and drive effectiveness of their teams
  • Responsible for coordinating with the Sales Learning Team, BU Operations, and Sales Leadership teams to activate the sales learning video platform and programs that drive field effectiveness.
  • Work with BU Sales Ops and other Operations teams for additional support
  • Participate in seat rides/feedback sessions
  • Communications on platform utilization to drive engagement and adoptions (ex. Tip-of-the-day week, Sales Wins, quantitative results)
  • Trained on Sales Methodology


Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibilities include Strategy & Discovery, Rollout & Feedback, Adoption & Utilization, Data & Reporting regarding the sales learning video platform
  • Collaborate with sales operations teams to identify and execute on key strategic productivity and development initiatives for sales.
  • Evaluates key trends and metrics to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies across the ADP when it comes to adoption and effectiveness of the sales learning video platform
  • Collaborates with relevant roles to create and implement programs to improve ASP, breadth of participation and sales results
  • Works closely with Sales Operations and other members of Sales Learning around the implementation, execution, and inspection of BU strategic initiatives, tools, projects, rollouts, etc.


Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations
  • Prior leadership training
  • Proficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external contacts verbally and in writing
  • CPP or FPC certification
  • Ability to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, and escalate to the appropriate level
  • Strong client relationship building skills
  • Ability to assess team members' performance and provide motivational support
  • Proficiency and in-depth knowledge of all pertinent ADP HR, Payroll and Benefits policies and procedures
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage a team and develop leaders
  • Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work and thrive in a team environment, focused on achieving results
