Minimum Qualifications:\ \
- Hold an ability to identify issues, compare data, investigate and resolve discrependcies.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and have an ability to work both indpendently and as part of a team.
- Able to prioritize workload to meet required deadlines with close attention to detail and accuracy of associated system coding due to the nature of the desired output of this position.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.?
- Strong communication skills in order to clearly explain options and solutions to constitutients. Customer service orientation required.
- Expected to function independently with minimal supervision and to rely on experience and to excercise good judgment when necessary.
- Proficient with computer and software applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite. Data input skills required.
- Working knowledge of Ellucian's Banner or other higher education software.
