3+ years of experience in a role that required Project Management skills

Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System (preferably Workday Learning)

Experience managing facets of a Learning Management System (LMS), such as course assignments, completion records, and reporting

3-5 years of experience with learning data and learning management systems (LMS)

Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology

Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models

Develop and execute strategies for the long-term knowledge management priorities of the team

Experience in working with vendor management

Demonstrated experience with program management

Conduct learning needs analysis to identify skills/knowledge gaps for outsourced agent knowledge transfer, identify key performance indicators for proposed learning products

5+ years of working experience in Learning & Development

Demonstrated experience using the ADDIE content development model, adult learning theories, and instructional design methodologies to build effective learning solutions

Delivering engaging interactive training sessions, both in person and virtually;

Partner with internal and external subject matter experts to conduct training needs analysis to develop and facilitate training content;

Use a variety of tools to design and deliver training and create course materials and design documents that engages adult learners;

Incorporate feedback from participants and analyze data from a variety of sources to improve our development programs;
