Job Description
CINC Systems is a fully integrated cloud-based homeowners’ association accounting and property management software system. It’s the largest SaaS player in its space and is growing rapidly. CINC Systems is looking to fill a Client Account Manager position for which duties include account management, relationship building, upselling and client communications. This individual will manage and/or work with many clients directly and indirectly in all phases of the client lifecycle. The Client Account Manager will aggressively act as both a client and team advocate and work continuously to identify opportunities for improvement internally and externally.


This is a new team at CINC and was formed in response to the company’s rapid growth and recent investment from private equity backers. The team will report to the Chief Client Officer, a seasoned CINC veteran who has strong client relationships.


This team cements CINC’s already best-in-class retention numbers and allow for the formalization of client management, which – until now – has been done through informal executive contact, submission of support tickets and occasional check ins from sales executives.


Job Duties:


  • Work with Sales Representative to fully understand background of each client
  • Responsible for identifying client needs, introducing products that could solve those needs and completing product upsells that meet client desires.
  • Form relationships with key decision makers at to serve as a resource for strategic discussions around how to increase usage of CINC and its products
  • Identify product issues/enhancements; assist with feedback for Development Roadmap
  • Responsible for the ongoing client relationship to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work with team to create and execute client surveys
  • Identify at-risk customers, develop and execute plans to keep customers
  • Work with Marketing to coordinate marketing campaigns focused on existing clients including email campaigns, webinars, regional and national user conferences, etc.

  • Work with Chief Client Officer to plan and execute the company’s annual user conference
  • Review of client support case to identify areas of improvement and/or areas for training and best practice consulting
  • Execute identified communication plans
  • Work with client in a consultative manner to identify features/modules not used by the client and coordinate internal resources to assist client in training and implementation of these features

  • At least two years of selling professional services and/or SaaS based solutions and/or managing accounts a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong client relationship and time management skills
  • Experience in community association industry a plus
