Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Identify inventory oversite and disposition recommendations working closely with finance and business units to make decisions appropriate for the company.

2 – 3 years' experience in inventory control required

Detailed, organized and excellent analytical and communication skills

Rationalize inventory locations in ERP system for all Exactech operations and monitor inventory transactions to improve visibility and accuracy.

Review monthly discrepant inventory charges to understand and provide summary data for further review, working closely with the cost accounting team.

Manage and input Bill of Materials and PD updates in ecVision system, HIGG and internal sustainability calculators.

Manage workload, communication, and direction directly to factories both overseas and domestic.
