7+ years’ experience in the following

Accounting experience within the manufacturing industry

Analyze performance, identify areas of risk and opportunity and make recommendations to finance and operations leadership for improvements.

Participate in the development of the FP&A and finance departments’ plans and programs; provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making.

Gather, manage and manipulate data from multiple sources for analysis; identify trends, extract insights and deliver actionable presentations of findings.

5+ years of FP&A experience within a SaaS company as a Corporate FP&A Analyst in an international environment

A Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, economics, business, or other related fields

Experience with financial planning software (Adaptive Planning) and Netsuite

Outstanding Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Financial Modeling: Ability to understand or build bottom-up financial models to plan, measure and forecast the business.

14+ years related work experience in accounting, finance, and/or consulting, some of which is in pharmaceutical/biotech industry

Leading and mentoring a team of highly skilled FP&A professionals

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; MBA preferred

Previous experience building, leading and developing high performing teams

Demonstrated success in Finance Business Partnering, able to engage with non-finance professionals and distil complex financial viewpoints to promote understanding

Strong analytical thinking skills with ability to collate and analyze data, identifying key drivers

Lead cross functional members to collaborate and strengthen relationships to disseminate good practices, standard processes, and procedures for revenue management

5 years of relatable Financial Analysis experience in a financial institution

Development of Annual Operating Plan

Preparation of forecasts and projections

Review and analysis of multiple departments profitability

Provide data-backed recommendations to influence business decisions, which include presentations to senior management.

Manage and execute special projects, performing complex analyses, summarizing conclusions, and making recommendations to the senior management team.

Knowledge of GAAP and other regulatory requirements

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement data metrics and develop data enrichment improvement initiatives. Experience using BI Tools a plus.

Assist in monthly close and ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements

5+ years of related work experience

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required

Experience with BI tools, SAP, or BPC a plus
