As the Sr. FP&A Analyst, you will be heavily focused on brand FP&A and will be responsible for global consolidation of financial results. This is a highly visibility position and candidate must have an extraordinary sense of integrity and excellent verbal and written communication skills. HEYDUDE is a fast-paced environment with lots of opportunities to learn and be challenged.

What You'll Do

• Be a valued business partner by providing data led insights that influence and lead to better decisions.
• Deliver accurate financial results, and identify and research variances between forecast, budget, and prior year expenses, proactively finding opportunities for improvement.
• Support all financial documents (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for Planning, Forecasting and Variance Analysis
• Develop monthly presentations to highlight actual financial results and business drivers
• Support FP&A team on presentations, ad-hoc analysis, and other reporting requirements upon request
• Lead all aspects of long-range planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting, consolidating inputs from regions and channels for the brand
• Provide business insight in the monthly close process to ensure accuracy in financials
• Ability to build and improve sophisticated financial models to drive financial decisions and improvements in planning and forecast
• Generate/build ad-hoc reports and analyses
• Provide cost center management for strategic leaders in the organization

What You Bring To The Table

• Expert in building models for analysis
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
• Knowledge of accounting procedures
• Experience with BI tools, SAP, or BPC a plus
• Periodic travel to regional offices
• 5+ years of related work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics, MBA a plus

Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000

Workplace Persona: Collaborator (hybrid work schedule; in office 60-80%)
