6+ years of experience in an FP&A role with strong experience in forecasting, reporting, P&L management, and budgeting

Advanced Excel skills are required; an Excel test will be given during the interview process

Intermediate PowerPoint and Microsoft Word skills

Manage budgeting processes including annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts and interim outlooks

Manage financial reporting with multiple 3PL providers across different channels of the business

Prior experience with SAP, SAP BPC, and Microsoft Power BI

3+ years of financial management experience with thorough understanding of Corporate Finance or FP&A, Investment Banking or equity research.

Financial and performance analysis experience & strong financial skills required

Ability to effectively present findings to management in a clear and concise manner

Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. MBA, CFA or CPA is a plus.

Strong financial background; exceptional analytical and modeling skills.
