A large alternative asset management firm located in Boston is looking to hire a Senior Associate to their Financial Planning and Analysis group. As the Senior Associate, you will part of the FP&A group that helps develop the strategic and operations plans for senior executives. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting and multi-year financial plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing & maintaining a dashboard of key metrics
• Assist in the development of the organization’s long-term multi-year strategic plan
• Compile analysis around the annual budget process and related monitoring exercises throughout the year
• Balance sheet & cash flow analysis
• Work with the compensation team and corporate finance/accounting team

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
• Strong Excel and Power Point skills required
• 4-6 years of experience within a corporate FP&A group, Financial Services firm preferred
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects with attention to detail
