This is a unique opportunity to be involved in both the accounting and the financial planning and analysis sides!

The ideal candidate will be a CPA with a combination of public accounting and corporate accounting experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MANAGER OF ACCOUNTING AND FP&A INCLUDE ACTIVE LEADERSHIP AND ASSISTING WITH:

• Regulatory and tax reporting
• Financial planning and analysis
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements
• Completion of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
• Various lender and banking duties
• Special projects
• Managing financial statement and operations audits
• Development, monitoring and improvement of internal controls, systems and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE MANAGER OF ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS:

• Strong GAAP
• Real estate a plus but not required
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• CPA highly preferred
• 6+ years of experience required
• Organized, analytical and a problem solver
• Some public accounting required
• Financial planning and analysis skills
• Purposeful and thoughtful team player
• Experience working with multiple entities a plus

Target salary range: $100,000 - $120,000+ DOE. Bonus potential, 401K, insurance, generous PTO, health and wellness reimbursement and more!
