Jr. Healthcare Project Manager - 4-6 years

Location: Remote - customer on EST

Length of contract: approximately 12 months

Dealing with shifting/changing project needs

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Nursing or comparable, relevant work experience.

Preferred but not required certification in Epic.

Preferred but not required PMP Certification.

Experience advising and coaching team members by providing guidance on project issues, key success factors of the project, and lessons learned.

Experience managing the project from an organizational perspective while attending to detailed tasks.

Provides an additional level of coordination and communication, overseeing implementation for applications, application areas, or specialized teams.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Equivalent Project Management Experience. PMP or related certification a plus.

Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Work closely with management and team members on and be an active participant in creating highly efficient and cost-effective workflows.

Apply robust project management structure to ensure effective delivery of the assigned Revenue Cycle initiatives in areas including:

Create and maintain key project management documents as well as meeting agendas, minutes, and project status updates/reports

Extensive working understanding of program/project management methodologies and tools and their pragmatic application
