$46,000 base + uncapped commission (average first year comp: $56k+)

Work proactively with hiring managers and HR partners to understand their immediate and upcoming hiring needs

Conduct regular follow-up with managers and HR partners

Will manage high volume of requisitions

Experience with MS Office Products, Internet search and software based Applicant Tracking System

Assist the HR Manager with additional responsibilities will be assigned

Manages full cycle recruiting process to meet the staffing needs

Create offer letters to qualified candidates

Manage medical records and personal documents in employee files

Attend weekly meetings with the HR Manager to discuss recruitment plans

Review candidate applications using recruiting platforms

Define harness requirements, point-to-point configuration, mechanical layout and construction, connector selection, Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI) design, manufacturing drawings, installation drawings

Creation of final wire harness drawings and manufacturing documentation

Creation and maintaining product and system-level wiring diagrams and schematics

Perform testing such as pin-to-pin isolation, grounding, and continuity checks

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Power Electronics

Being dynamic and a self-started

Compensation: Range from $60,000 to $62,000, commensurate with skill level and experience

Formal recruiting experience is preferred but is not a requirement, and other types of professional business experience will be considered.
