As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal Graduate Trainee must have a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success. The candidate should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Graduate Trainee Responsibilities:

• Participate in training and seek opportunities for improving operations
• Observing and learning from experienced team members.
• Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the trainee-ship.
• Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of products and services to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day sales operations.
• Interact regularly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services
