Entry Level Recruiter

Entry Level Recruiter | Remote Position | Must live in Washington D.C or Northern Virginia

We are hiring an Entry Level Recruiter & Headhunter to support our Talent Management Center (TMC) in Falls Church, Virginia. We provide all the tools & training to start your career in the recruiting space.

Day-to-Day:

• Source qualified leads through the provided online tools, databases, and search engines for open requisitions.
• Support full desk recruiting efforts for direct hire clients in the Federal, Technology, and Finance & Accounting domains.
• Reach out and engage with candidates to educate them on unique firm deliverables, capabilities, and relevant open/upcoming opportunities while fostering the attraction process and keeping the candidate engaged thru the recruiting lifecycle.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal team to gather and understand requirements and then effectively translate those requirements into an active search.
• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through cold calling, networking, designing search strings, and relationship building.

Who You Are:

• Interest or knowledge in the Enterprise & IT, Finance & Accounting and/or Healthcare industries
• Excellent work ethic including the innate drive to exceed expectations and achieve goals
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• Opened to coaching and receiving constructive feedback for continuous improvement and mutual success
• Past involvement in organized sports, military or similarly structed and competitive environments
• The ability and desire to structure and design your daily workflow
• Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal
