Overview Employee Relations Advisors are responsible for providing advice and guidance to employers and employees on a wide range of employee relations issues. They are responsible for ensuring that employers comply with all relevant employment legislation and regulations, and for providing advice on best practice in employee relations. Detailed Job Description Employee Relations Advisors are responsible for providing advice and guidance to employers and employees on a wide range of employee relations issues. This includes providing advice on employment law, employee rights, and best practice in employee relations. They are also responsible for ensuring that employers comply with all relevant employment legislation and regulations. Employee Relations Advisors are expected to have a good understanding of employment law, and be able to provide advice on a range of employee relations issues. They must be able to identify potential areas of risk and provide advice on how to mitigate these risks. They must also be able to provide advice on how to resolve employee disputes and grievances. Employee Relations Advisors must be able to communicate effectively with both employers and employees, and be able to build strong relationships with both. They must be able to provide advice in a clear and concise manner, and be able to explain complex legal concepts in a way that is easy to understand. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certification in Human Resources or Employee Relations
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of employment law and regulations
• Knowledge of best practice in employee relations
• Knowledge of dispute resolution and grievance procedures
• Knowledge of employee rights
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations
• Experience in providing advice and guidance on employee relations issues
• Experience in resolving employee disputes and grievances
• Experience in providing advice on best practice in employee relations
Job Responsibilities
