Educational background in social work, public health, or health promotion

Minimum of 1 year relevant or related job experience

Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively distill and present complex information in a concise, accessible way.

Ability to be flexible and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.

A combination of standard office environment and ‘field’ time within the service delivery area to perform the above outlined responsibilities.

Support timely provision and coordination of medical, dental, and mental health services, particularly for clients with serious health conditions.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.

Job Title: Onsite Employee Health & Wellness Medical Office Assistant

H.P.D. - 8 - 6:45 AM to 5:45 PM

H.P.D. - hours per day

Principles of nutrition, coordinated school health, local school wellness policies, and federal, state, and county laws and regulations

Techniques and resources utilized in assessing and evaluating school community health and wellness needs

Principles and techniques of organization and administration

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Manages Leave of Absence outsourced benefit

Minimum 5 years of benefits experience, preferably supporting a large US population.

Experience in the day-to-day operation of US Health & Welfare plans in an outsourced benefit environment.

Undertakes day to day administration of Health & Welfare benefits for U.S

Maintain employee benefits filing systems and ensure benefit enrollments and changes are entered appropriately in Workday.

Maintain good time management skills, good judgement, and ability to multi-task.

Display exceptional guest experience skills, handle and resolve guest issues to maintain guest loyalty.

Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements set by the company including sales goals.

Maintain an environment of trust, communicate efficiently with managers and peers.

Must be able to complete ongoing and continued education.

Retail Sales Experience preferred but not required

Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications (American Red Cross or American Heart Association), in-person skills component required

Have five years or more years of experience in employee engagement and wellness program development.

Develops and maintains professional skills and awareness of regulatory requirements

5 years of intermediate or advanced administrative/clerical experience

Employee health or human resources experience preferred. Worker’s Compensation experience strongly preferred

Current and unrestricted LPN certification through Washington State Department of Health

Professional and effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to identify and employ communication strategies appropriate to the audience.
