Assist employee health & benefits producer and team in servicing existing accounts in every capacity, including renewals

Develop communication materials including Benefit Enrollment Guides

2+ years previous insurance industry experience with a brokerage or agency environment

Minimum eight years of work experience in a management position with working knowledge of benefit plans and employee wellbeing programs. Required

Manages the administration of benefit plans, including monitoring health and welfare vendor performance and employee satisfaction levels.

Develops and disseminates employee benefit communications and provides employee and retiree benefit education. Coordinates frequently with Corporate Communications regarding the same.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Remaining current on requirements under ERISA, PPACA and other related laws/regulations as it relates to plan benefits

Minimum 5+ years of group benefits experience

Minimum 5+ years of ancillary benefits experience

Lead presentations, ongoing client review meetings, online web capabilities demos, and broker meetings as needed, in conjunction with Group Office.

Experienced in researching and resolving complex issues, conceptually thinking beyond existing barriers, methods, and practices and utilizing sound and independent judgment.
