5 years of experience in optical networking, optical transport, and software defined networking.

Experience working with Python, Go, C++, or a similar software language.

Experience with L1 and L3 architecture of complex networks.

In-depth knowledge of thin film optical coating design, equipment, process, and characterization

Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English

Hands-on experience and proven track record in relevant areas in optical coating industry, advanced process technology development, and associated equipment

Experience managing domestic and international vendors

3+ years of professional work experience in related field

Strong technical background in optics, thin films, or materials
