- Demonstrated experience in training, workshop development, and facilitation, with an emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusive excellence
- Knowledge or practice of relevant models within diversity, equity, and inclusion work (such as restorative practices, conflict models, inclusive excellence framework)
- 4+ years of diversity, equity, and inclusion curriculum development
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Interest in working in a large, complex organization coaching all levels and roles
- Experience supporting organizational change efforts
- 6+ years of related experience with increasing levels of responsibility within diversity, equity, and inclusion work
