Director Of Corporate Development And Acquisitions Jobs in Florida

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or other relevant degree.

Effective organizational, prioritization, and time management skills

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in commercial real estate acquisition/development.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and goal-oriented with ability to work in a team environment.

Flexible and able to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Working knowledge of contract law, zoning law, real estate finance and construction management

Strong management and leadership skills including the ability to motivate and guide a team

Work with in-house construction personnel through design and construction processes. Assist construction personnel to successfully manage projects through completion.

7 plus years of proven shopping center development/redevelopment experience

In depth knowledge of engineering and architectural plans

Effective communicator (written and oral) with strong presentation skills
