Director Of Corporate Development

Reporting to the Chief Corporate Development Officer, this position will be responsible for leading various acquisition projects and strategic corporate development initiatives that align with our core values, drives growth, and builds a competitive advantage for our business. This person will collaborate with business and functional leaders, and regularly interface with executives up through the CEO.

We are seeking candidates with:

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience including a combination of corporate development, consulting, investment banking, private equity, and operations/general management.

• Must have direct acquisition experience including business and market assessment, valuation modeling, deal negotiation, due diligence, and integration planning.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Proven strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze and assess complex business opportunities with limited information.

• Experience project managing large cross functional projects, with the ability to set priorities and create focus for others.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to provide clear and well-founded recommendations to the executive team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Math, Engineering or a related field is required; MBA is strongly preferred.
