Overview The Customer Service Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the customer service team and ensuring that customer service standards are met. This includes providing support to customers, resolving customer complaints, and providing feedback to the customer service team. The Customer Service Assistant Manager must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Detailed Job Description The Customer Service Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the customer service team and ensuring that customer service standards are met. This includes providing support to customers, resolving customer complaints, and providing feedback to the customer service team. The Customer Service Assistant Manager must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Customer Service Assistant Manager is also responsible for training and developing customer service staff, monitoring customer service performance, and ensuring customer service policies and procedures are followed.
