Job Description

The Beneficiary Services Manager (“BSM”) is responsible for managing the day-to-dayactivities of the Beneficiary Services Program (the “Program”).Management includesknowing, understanding, applying, analyzing, evaluating and creating processes thatcollect, process, disseminate and manage information exchanges to enable beneficiaryservices and resourcing. The BSM manages and oversees the Program and BeneficiaryServices Agents (“BSA”) that manage OHA functions operating out of and the OHAworksites and provide direct beneficiary services as programmed by OHA and/or assistsbeneficiaries in navigating through available community based services and resources.BeneficiaryandcommunityconcernsandresolutionsescalatetotheDirector,CommunicationsDivisionandthe ChiefExecutiveOfficer(“CEO).


MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS


Education,Training and/orExperience


1.Graduationfromanaccreditedcollegeor university.


2.Seven(7)yearsprogressivelyresponsibleworkexperienceinacommunityorganization which involved the gathering and disseminating of information andrelatedmaterialsonawidevarietyofsocial,cultural,historicalandothersimilar topics;andworkingwithindividuals(e.g.,clients,constituents,beneficiaries,customers)Ten (10)yearsofrelated experience ispreferred.


3.Five(5)yearsofexperiencewithworkingwithestablisheddatasystem(s),includingdataentry,documentanddatavalidation,runningreports,makingneeded correction, applying programmatic criteria, making preliminary programdecisions, executinginsystemtasks,etc.


4.Three(3)yearsofresponsibleexperienceinmanagementandsupervisingothers.
