In This Role, You Will

Through this internship you will gain invaluable experience in corporate training and education, IT systems and services, company-wide documentation, and enterprise-wide processes.

• Identifying missing resources and creating documentation to fill the gap
• Assist with the development and improvement of IT Training Program
• Assist with corporate IT communication
• Assist with answering questions and pointing colleagues towards existing resources
• Administrative duties may include scheduling meetings, capturing meeting notes, etc.

Here's What You Need

While this role will work closely with IT Training, a successful candidate doesn’t necessarily have to have an IT or training-related experience. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about empowering users with tools and technology. Ideal characteristics include, but are not limited to:

• Graduation date of May 2024 or Dec 2024
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Currently pursuing a BA/BS or MA/MS in Communication, Education, Instructional Design, Information Security, or another related field
• Experience with Adobe InDesign/Illustrator a plus
• GPA: 3.0 or higher
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Must be a self-starter, resourceful, and capable of multitasking
• Exposure to data analysis or data administration
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to work in a self-directed environment
• Aptitude for learning other software applications
• Basic understanding (or interest in) learning & development
