Assist with business unit-related communications specific to HR, Benefits and Talent Acquisition events.
Coordinates on-boarding of new teammates in partnership with HR generalist, orientation participants and hiring manager (process, questions, and overall preparation).
Serve as a passionate and knowledgeable UA Brand Ambassador to external candidates and office visitors.
Assist with candidate dispositioning within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), job boards and acknowledgement communication as appropriate.
