Contract Senior Accountant Jobs

Detailed knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Extensive experience negotiating terms and conditions of the contracts agreements that will govern relationships (Prime and Sub)

Have a working knowledge of FFP/FPIF/ CPAF/CPIF/CPFF/T&M and hybrid contract types

2+ years of experience preferred

Strong Excel skills including an understanding of complex formulas

Prepare and post journal entries.

Assist with monthly sales/use tax reporting.

Prepare month end GL account reconciliations.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Acquisition Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience)

Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000 based on experience, education, etc.

Research and gather information on acquisitions processes, contract requirements, and procurement regulations

Collaborate with acquisition specialists, program managers, and other stakeholders to obtain relevant information and verify the accuracy of documentation

Demonstrated experience in technical writing with a focus on acquisitions, contracts, or procurement-related documentation

Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex contractual information clearly and accurately

Active member of the National Contract Management Association

Establish playbooks and business workflows supported by CLM systems, which you will manage with other members of CIS business units

Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in a corporate legal or law firm environment

Excellent written, communication, and proofreading skills with attention to detail

Experience working with a not-for-profit entity

Has experience with procurement systems/lifecycle management systems

Must be very detail-oriented and deadline-driven

Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels inside and outside the organization

Maintains current knowledge of relevant Surescripts contractual procedures and practices.

Manages electronic contracts databases (including SalesForce and DocuSign CLM) and prepares relevant contract attributes to track terms and conditions.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience managing contracts for attorneys

5+ years of experience drafting contractual documents based on templates and negotiating contracts under the supervision of an attorney

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Paralegal education or certificate is desirable.

Prepare journal entries related to customer activity on our core platforms, including custodial cash, custodial liabilities, trading revenue and related accruals.

Prepare reconciliations for custodial cash accounts, custodial liabilities and cash suspense/clearing accounts

Basic knowledge/understanding of payment systems and cash reconciliation at a large financial institution

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience working in Netsuite, FloQast and G-Suite

Effective teamwork, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.

Prior accounting or finance experience is beneficial but not always required for entry-level positions.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred

Analyze Prime contractor burn rates to determine estimated fund depletion dates, ceiling requirements, and identify/report any risk factors.

Compile, track, and report contract data (modifications, invoices, and expenditures) to Government Division Acquisition Lead and COR.

Draft Technical Direction Letters (TDL) / Task Action (TA) for COR review and approval.

Analyze Contract Level of Effort.

Review contractor invoices and reconcile to Share Data Warehouse reporting.

Experience with contract management systems or similar.

Serve as contract advisor with Trust management with respect to contracting and solicitation activities.

Solicit, award, and manage contracts through the contract lifecycle..

At least five (5) years of relevant experience with a wide variety of contract types; preparing, managing solicitations and negotiating contracts.

SALARY: $96,000-$102,000 based on experience, education, etc.

Review requirements, prepare sourcing strategy and plan including solicitation criteria, quantities, delivery requirements and industry to be sourced.

Prepares contract solicitations, determines specific contract language, clauses, and best type of contract; evaluates offers and recommends source selections.

Minimum of 8-13 years’ of full-spectrum federal contract experience

Acquisition certification is preferred (i.e., FAC-C, DAWIA certification, Industry Certification (ICCM-D, ICCM-F), NCMA certifications will also be considered)

Be a product expert to help consumers understand the “why” behind our brand, products, benefits, and technologies.

Manage time and establish priorities while maintaining flexibility to respond to changing demands.

Lead copy creation for email, web and product copy while crafting overarching stories, themes, and campaigns.

Translate strategic marketing initiatives into informative and compelling copy solutions.

Work closely with graphic and digital designers in writing all headlines, and taglines for marketing communications.

As needed, assist in developing copy for all social media platforms.

Interface with HR team and management regarding payroll questions and employee requirements

Assist with generating reports on a regular or on demand basis to support payroll processing and other requirements associated with year-end

Participate in audits of payroll-related activity, including compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements

Assist the global payroll manager with year-end W2 reporting, federal and state tax filings
