Description: Creates, develops, drafts, manages, modifies and or administers customer contracts/proposals of complex scope.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Advise management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions and interface with other company stakeholders, such as Legal, Global Supply Chain, etc.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree and law degree (J.D.)
• Ensures the proper execution of contract requirements, preparation of statement of works, authorization for work, drafting new contract templates, completion of contracted work, etc.
• Experience: Requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in contract drafting and negotiations.
• Participates in or coordinates the preparation and review of bid packages including work specifications, schedule commitments, cost objectives, and contract terms and conditions.
• Ability to prioritize and work under time constraints on multiple contracts and projects at once.
• Negotiate customer contracts. Provides resolution to a diverse range of complex issues.
• Works, determines and develops an approach to complex contracting scenarios.
• Must be a self-starter with demonstrated capacity to work remotely in an effective manner.
• Uses judgment within defined practices and procedures.
• Negotiate complex contract modifications, follow-on quotations, revisions, specifications, and terms and conditions with customers.
• Provides interpretation and analysis of contract documents. Reviews and evaluates requests for changes in or revisions of contracts that involve technical specifications, cost, or schedule impact on the company.
• Reviews and approves contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, satisfaction of customer specifications and protection of the company contractual posture.

Pay Range: $30 - $40/HR W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
