Job Description
Spalding Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contract Analyst in St. Inigoes, MD. Position Type:Full-Time


Work Location: Hybrid& St. Inigoes, MD 2x per week.


  • On-site Requirements: Hybrid remote/in-office. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received.


Essential Functions


Provides support to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Assistant Contracting Officer Representative (ACOR) in the execution, management, and operation of support contracts. Support efforts include but are not limited to:


  • Other duties as assigned or required.
  • Draft Technical Direction Letters (TDL) / Task Action (TA) for COR review and approval.
  • Compile, track, and report contract data (modifications, invoices, and expenditures) to Government Division Acquisition Lead and COR.
  • Analyze Contract Level of Effort.
  • Analyze Prime contractor burn rates to determine estimated fund depletion dates, ceiling requirements, and identify/report any risk factors.
  • Review contractor invoices and reconcile to Share Data Warehouse reporting.


Required


Qualifications and Experience:


  • 5 years relevant experience.


Desired


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business.


Security Clearance


Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.


Education


A high school diploma or GED is required.
