Based on the candidate, this role will either be in-office, located in EverView’s corporate headquarters in Carol Stream, IL or one of EverView’s other regional offices, or fully remote. The Senior Contract Manager will coordinate with EverView’s attorneys; however, the ideal candidate must be comfortable working independently to redline and negotiate documents, including when to accept, reject and/or modify and propose alternative language. This role also requires working and familiarity with a contract lifecycle management (CLM) solution and taking a leadership role to help define (and over time, refine) a contract approval policy and flow that meets EverView’s evolving business needs.
