Develop, tender and manage a variety of sizes of projects ranging from $100,000 to $250,000,000+ in development cost.

Experience with project management and scheduling software (Procore, Timberline, MS Project, etc.) preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred

Experience in residential construction environments with demonstrated knowledge of home building and construction systems processes and practices preferred.

Guide and direct the Project Managers to successfully deliver quality projects on time and on budget.

Establish guidelines for approving purchase orders, set purchasing policies, manage inventory and budget for materials

Maintaining knowledge of the market, in addition to current prices and fair rates for goods

Extensive knowledge in procurement as it relates to large-scale steel construction projects or metal fabrication processes

Demonstrated knowledge in setting up costing templates and budgets within a range of software types

Advanced knowledge in corporate ERP

Strong leadership skills and the ability to direct others according to company standards

Embeds key knowledge requirement in line with functional competencies

Strong knowledge and experience within the Brand Marketing categories and digital eco-system

Maintain a powerful and contemporary category sourcing structures, to deliver competitive cost and ensure continuity of supply.

Direct responsibility for a spend base of at least $1B of direct spend.

Strong background in managing strategic relationships with top category suppliers with established rolodex of executives in leading Semiconductor companies.

8+ years of category management experience in the areas of Drug Product, Fill Finish and Contract Manufacturing Organizations.

Excellent project management/leadership skills with demonstrated track record and ability to engage teams together towards common deadlines

Professional procurement certification (CPSM, MCIPS, Etc.) desired.

Strong presentation skills including verbal and written to deliver succinctly and effectively recommendations to senior leaders

A proven track record of savings delivery and ability to manage complexity and change.

Seven (7) or more years’ experience at the management level with a national retail chain responsible for construction/store/space/merchandise planning.

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, interior design or related field.

Sound understanding of project management flow charts and excel.
