Summary:
Provides direction and oversight of active project(s) with a focus on safety, quality, contract negotiations, budget, schedule, sub-contractors, suppliers, and change orders. This position will be responsible for the oversight of one to three active projects at any given time
Requirements:

- Review internal and external weekly and monthly project reports, generated by Project Managers and site teams.

- Ensure the project is constructed safely and to high quality standard and that they are resourced correctly to complete on time and budget.

Qualifications:
- ERP systems
- Internally with executive managers, Project Managers, Estimators, Commercial Management, Engineering, Finance, Fleet and Equipment, Legal, HSQE, Operations, Human Resources, and cross-functional departmental teams
- Bachelor Degree or Construction Related Field or equivalent relevant experience (two years’ experience is equivalent to one year education) required.
- Externally with clients, potential clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Must have 3+ years or more years of experience Director level or similar position with relevant and comparable construction projects
- Communication

Anticipated base salary range: $174,000 - $205,000
The final agreed-upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.
