Summary:

Provides direction and oversight of active project(s) with a focus on safety, quality, contract negotiations, budget, schedule, sub-contractors, suppliers, and change orders. This position will be responsible for the oversight of one to three active projects at any given time

Qualifications:

• ERP systems
• Internally with executive managers, Project Managers, Estimators, Commercial Management, Engineering, Finance, Fleet and Equipment, Legal, HSQE, Operations, Human Resources, and cross-functional departmental teams
• Bachelor Degree or Construction Related Field or equivalent relevant experience (two years’ experience is equivalent to one year education) required.
• Externally with clients, potential clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Must have 3+ years or more years of experience Director level or similar position with relevant and comparable construction projects
• Communication

Anticipated base salary range: $174,000 - $205,000

The final agreed-upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.
