Commercial Service Operations Manager Jobs in Florida

5+ years of experience in a service management role - planning, organizing and delivering impactful service improvements in complex technical environments

Experience in defining and delivering product roadmaps and lifecycle management

Provide transparency and visibility to application landscape health and issues, through periodic communications and management reporting, as appropriate.

Experience of working in a multi-vendor outsourced environment and with remote offshore teams

Ensure seamless operations with minimal disruption, of current applications, in support of National Grid’s business requirements and service level agreements.

Manage the operational relationship with, and performance of, suppliers and service providers, to ensure contractual agreements are met.

Lead and take ownership of management responsibility relating to hiring, performance management, and overall employee development planning

Effectively manage remote service teams and a driver of people performance

Demonstrated high-level administrative experience, including advanced computer skills (Microsoft office)

Understanding of problem-solving methods such as SWOT Analysis, Lean implementations, Six Sigma operational and Visual Management standards preferred

Accountable for effectively managing a P&L, Work in Progress (WIP) and customer experience measured by a Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Lead and manage all local operations on the ground with a servant-leadership, hands-on mindset
