About Your New Job

• You will provides routine updates to CDMO leadership and operational leaders at DS manufacturing facilities regarding the progress of new business acquisition, the overall DS portfolio, and forward-looking projections on revenue/profitability for DS services.
• As the internal expert in Drug Substance service offerings, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales & BD team in the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of business opportunities.
• You will be responsible for contributing to the development of the commercial and business strategy for the Drug Substance service offering.
• Influences pricing and contract negotiation terms and conditions related to Drug Substance services.
• Responsible for partnering with operational partners at Drug Substance manufacturing sites across the organisational network.
• Collaborates closely with other colleagues within Commercial Operations and the CDMO business unit to establish an integrated molecule-to-market CDMO service offering.

What Skills You Need

• Commercial experience in sales/business development, project management, marketing, or similar is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in the biologics CDMO industry with specific focus on selling/supporting/developing drug substance manufacturing services
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering is required, additional qualification in business would be very beneficial
