Overview A Capital Improvement Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing capital improvement projects. They are responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. They must be able to coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed successfully. Detailed Job Description A Capital Improvement Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing capital improvement projects. They are responsible for developing project plans, budgets, and timelines, and for ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. They must be able to coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals, to ensure that projects are completed successfully. They must also be able to monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues that arise, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction and engineering principles
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in project management
• Professional certification in project management (e.g. PMP) is preferred

• Knowledge of construction and engineering principles
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Knowledge of project management software
Job Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in project management
• Experience in managing capital improvement projects
• Experience in working with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals
