Our team will implement the new processes and establish SLAs and SOPs with partner groups. Additionally, we will ensure robust monitoring and controls in place for new and existing KYC processes.
- The candidate will assist in performing a comprehensive audit of all of the processes that are currently being used to manage KYC/AML-related policies across both Small Business Card and Commercial Card
- Finally, the candidate will support monitoring tools and controls in place in order to keep a finger on the pulse of the overall health of our KYC-related processes.
- The candidate will also determine where the greatest areas of risk are and design new processes where necessary to run a well-managed KYC program
Qualifications:
- Compliance experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5+ years of Process Management (creating/ designing process)
- Self-starter
- KYC/AML experience
