Location: Remote - Prefer Midwest or East - 50% Travel
Responsibilities
  • Provide engineering support to PBNA Supply Chain by working on major capital capacity, innovation, and cost management projects as well as infrastructure work and strategic initiatives.
  • This position is responsible for driving standardization and serving as a technical liaison to plants.
  • The individual in this position will provide capital project management and/or project oversight for major CAPEX approvals at PBNA manufacturing locations.
  • This position works closely with Operations, Maintenance, Package and Product Development, Procurement and external suppliers.
Compensation And Benefits
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $98,700 - $ 165,150 based on a full-time schedule

  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
Qualifications
Majors Preferred : Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Electrical Eng
  • Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience in a high-speed bottling manufacturing environment.
  • Individual project CAPEX expenditure experience should be at least $5MM
  • BS Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Electrical Engineering
  • Ability to travel; individual can expect to be out of the office up to 30% of the time.
  • Solid understanding of plant maintenance operations.
Knowledge / Skill Requirements
  • Proficiency in negotiating with vendors, contractors and consultants.
  • Solid team building skills; able to manage and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proven capital project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven leadership in troubleshooting/problem solving in the manufacturing environment (PET Bottle and Can Lines).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of finance, product/project cost tracking and reporting.
  • Computer skills to include proficiency with computer maintenance management systems, reporting/tracking software, Excel, Microsoft Project, etc.
  • Proven experience in managing direct reports, exempt and non-exempt.
  • Self-motivated, results & action oriented.
